We want you to love your Floto bag as much as wel do. Our warranty covers defective hardware, defective stitching, and defective zippers. Our limited lifetime warrantee does not include stains, well worn zippers, rips and damage from abuse or airline handling damage.

Within 60 days of receipt you can visit floto.com/easy to print a return UPS label and send it back to us for any reason. Shipping labels are free for U.S. orders over $99 placed on www.flotoimports.com. Easy Returns system only works for orders placed on www.flotoimports.com.
Floto Monogram Return Policy – once you personalize a Floto leather bag, it’s yours and you cannot return it for remorse, however, it is still covered under warranty.
If you would like to exchange for an item of equal or lesser value please email email@example.com to request a label. You will need to include your order number and the name and/or sku for the item you would like in exchange when reaching out. Please note that Floto does not keep payment information on file in order to charge the difference for an item that costs more. If you would like to exchange for an item that is more, please follow the instructions in the first paragraph to set up a return for refund. You can then place a new order for the item you want. Floto offers one free return label per order for returns. If you need further assistance exchanging an item please email firstname.lastname@example.org.

If an item is out of stock you can Pre-Order. We will charge your card at time of order and ship your item as soon as it arrives.
While we do our best to get all backordered items into the next shipment, occasionally production issues arise and some items are delayed until the next shipment. We also get smaller shipments in between our big shipments. You can email email@example.com for update on specific items.
You can also request a In Stock Reminder email that will notify you when it restocks with a Buy-now link for the product.
Sold Out - if an item is sold out this means we do not have an ETA yet, or it is sold out during the Holiday rush. During the Holiday season any item that is out of stock until after the holiday will be marked "Sold Out". You can Pre-Order after the holidays.

The beauty of our hand stained leather is that scratches can be rubbed out with our specially formulated Floto leather cream. To recover a scratch gently rub the cream into the leather with a soft rag using circular motions. Repeat as necessary.
The slow process of tanning Floto leather uses natural vegetable tannins with total respect for nature. Our raw leather skins are a byproduct of the food industry and our tanning waste is reused in other supply chains. Floto tanning is metal free, eco-friendly, and not harmful to people.
